Terms & Conditions: As a participant in our salon affiliate program, you agree to the terms detailed on this page as well as the terms & conditions of our website and related privacy policy. All salon affiliates must be licensed cosmetologists with an active license in the state where the salon is located. Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis, net thirty (30) days from the last calendar day of the end of the month in which any commissions were earned. Your six-month commission average must be greater than$250 in order to remain an active salon affiliate. Stylists living in the United States with a U.S. taxpayer ID number are currently eligible for this program. By becoming an K18 affiliate, you are opting in to receive marketing and email communications from the brand under the terms of the Company’s website terms & conditions and privacy policy and may opt out at any time following the instructions provided in those policies.
commission fees: K18 affiliates earn a standard commission rate of 25% of the retail price for all sales, less any taxes, discounts, and shipping fees. We reserve the right to reverse and/or offset future commissions due to returns, order cancellations and erroneous order duplications from prior months. We also reserve the right to defer or refuse commissions for disputed orders or orders we reject and cannot fulfill. K18 also reserves the right to change any and all terms of this program, including the commission rate by providing affiliates with thirty (30) days’ advanced notice via the email registered to your affiliate account.
Legal Compliance: all affiliates must comply with all federal, state and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable laws and regulations governing marketing emails (ie CAN-SPAM Act), and all other anti-spam laws. Affiliates agree to indemnify and defend K18 from all claims arising from Affiliates violation of any federal, state or local regulations. K18 reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from our affiliate program at any time, without warning. Upon termination you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners and promotional materials provided to you by K18 or Refersion. Affiliates terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will also have commissions revoked and face possible omission from the Refersion network. questions? reach out to affiliate@k18hair.com
